Our next 60day Challenge is right around the corner and our anthem for this coming event is all about saying hello to a fresh start. With a year of ongoing change and pivots, our flagship challenge offering can be a great starting point for getting into a more consistent routine with your fitness and healthy-eating habits.
The 60day comes with all sorts of bells and whistles for participants, but new this last round we introduced virtual, trainer-led Saturday Sweat Session workouts which quickly became an extremely popular part of our offering.
There’s a new Sweat Session workout released every week focused on a specific body part or area of fitness. The workouts are guided by our 60day trainers Coach Lindsay and Coach David, both of who are small-group training leads and experts within Life Time Training. They bring incredible energy and entertainment each week to make your workouts fun and effective.
The goal is to help you get a good sweat in on the weekend — a time during the week when we often tend to fall off our plan. (Although you can also replay these workouts any day or time for your convenience.)
Our Spring 60day Sweat Sessions aren’t live yet, but we can give you an idea of what they look and feel like with a sample from our last 60day below. Make sure you have a towel and water bottle handy — and get ready to sweat!
