1) Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone
Perfect for beginners and those with limited physical movement, Walk at Home incorporates interval training and nonstop movement for full cardio workouts that range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. 2) Yoga with Adriene
Connecting the body and mind is a great way to improve both your mental and physical wellness. Enter Adriene, who will show the way through her videos on weight loss, easing stress and anxiety and mind-body improvement. Adriene also leverages short, focused clips that include careful instruction that will give you a step-by-step guide on doing poses right and seeing the greatest outcome.
3) Blogilates by Cassey Ho
All you need is a yoga mat to make the most of Cassey Ho’s full-fledged workout channel — and even that’s optional. Workouts there run the gamut, with everything from pilates to dance. Ho is all about a positive self-image as well, and spends a lot of time helping subscribers accept and love themselves regardless of their fitness level. It’s the whole package.
4) The Fitness Marshall by Caleb Marshall
